Lowe's Home Improvement at 198 Bulldog Drive, Murphy, North Carolina.

I called this store 5 different times to be directed to the Bath/Shower department. The lady answering the phone was extremely rude and short and finally corrected me that I need "Plumbing" not the "Bath/Shower" department, excuse me for not knowing that a Glass Shower Door would be categorized as "Plumbing." Finally got through to the proper department and was greeted by a very grumpy gentlemen who had no desire to help. He had trouble with the connection through my cell phone which I totally understood so called back on the home phone and was told at the front that "They must be busy back there." I will gladly take my business for our lake house elsewhere.
